



Tseung Kwan O (TKO) develops prosperous constantly. Cross Bay Link (CBL) and Southern Bridge under construction will promote the accessibility and the overall development of the district, creating a whole new look of TKO.


CBL is an about 1.8km long dual two-lane carriageway with a cycle track and a footway across Junk Bay. Mainly composed of marine viaduct across Junk Bay, CBL connects Tseung Kwan O – Lam Tin Tunnel (currently under construction) and Wan Po Road to and from LOHAS Park or Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate, to relieve the heavy traffic on TKO Tunnel, TKO Town Centre and Wan Po Road.

Southern Bridge is an about 150m long footbridge to enhance pedestrian connectivity between promenade areas on both sides of Eastern Channel.

The main bridge of CBL and Southern Bridge are both steel arch bridges, echoing with the Northern Bridge over Junk Bay and Eastern Channel.
